Let us start with what you actually need
A building services system needs to work as a whole. Heat pump capacity is matched to the building's heat demand and heat emitters; an air conditioner's location is matched to the room layout and airflow; and water supply and drainage routes are matched to points of use and maintenance access. That is why we ask for information about the property, not just its floor area, before suggesting equipment.
To start, a short question and one contact method for a reply are enough. This form does not need your name, exact address or files. If a photo, plan or equipment details are needed later to assess the situation, we will agree how to provide them.
Equipment supplied by enquiry
The website catalogue lets you compare air-to-water and air-to-air models, their capacities and main features. We only display product information that is available and verified. The final specification, availability, delivery, installation materials and labour price are confirmed in an individual quotation. Adding a catalogue item to an enquiry does not place an order automatically.
We work during the stated opening hours and do not advertise a round-the-clock service. In the event of an urgent fault, first ensure people's safety and, if it is safe to do so, turn off the water supply.
