Water supply, drainage and sanitary fixtures
Pipework, leak repairs, sanitary fixtures, pumps and connections.
When to enquire about plumbing work
A water supply and drainage system needs to be not only leak-tight but also easy to maintain. We accept enquiries for new pipework, replacement of old pipe runs, and connections for sanitary fixtures, water filters, pumps, manifolds and individual assemblies. We also assess visible leaks, low pressure, slow drainage and other system faults.
How a solution is selected
First, we need to understand where the water inlet and drainage stack are, which points of use are planned and how they can be accessed in the future. During renovation, we assess the material and condition of the existing pipes. For new construction, solutions are coordinated with the room layout, finishing stages and other building services. Materials are selected according to their purpose, operating temperature, pressure and compatibility.
The work process
The first enquiry only needs a short description of the situation and one contact method. If plans, photos or a site visit are needed to prepare a proposal, we will arrange this separately; there is no need to upload files in the form. Equipment, materials and work are specified according to the known site conditions. Pipe routes, leak testing, maintenance access and guidance on using and maintaining the system are agreed with the specialist who will carry out the work.
What we can discuss when we contact you
- the property location and stage of work;
- whether a floor plan or photos of the problem area will be needed later;
- the existing equipment model and any visible error code;
- the intended result and timeframe.
The exact scope and price are confirmed in an individual quotation. If parts of the structure are concealed, the final scope may only be clarified once they have been safely exposed.
Describe your property – we will suggest a suitable solution
Briefly describe what you need and choose one contact method for a reply. If photos or other technical information are needed later, we will agree how to provide them when we get in touch.
