Cooling and heating with one unit
An air-to-air heat pump, often called an air conditioner, can cool and heat rooms. The result depends on more than nominal capacity. Room dimensions, window orientation and area, insulation, heat from people and equipment, indoor unit position and airflow path all matter.
Single-split and multi-split
A single-split system connects one indoor unit to one outdoor unit. It is a simple, easy-to-control solution for one zone. In a multi-split system, several mutually compatible indoor units can be connected to one outdoor unit. This is useful when fewer outdoor units are preferred, but permitted combinations, total capacity and simultaneous operating conditions must be checked carefully.
Installation location
The indoor unit should distribute air without blowing directly onto people who regularly occupy the space. The outdoor unit needs unobstructed airflow, a solid base, a condensate solution and maintenance access. Pipe run length, height difference, wall construction and electrical supply affect the scope of work. That is why the installation price cannot be determined precisely from room area alone.
How to submit an enquiry
Briefly describe which room needs cooling or heating and leave one contact method. If known, you can include the room area and the number of indoor units you would like. Mention if the system will be the main heat source. Window orientation, ceiling height and installation positions can be clarified when discussing the solution. Photos are not required in the initial form; if needed, we will arrange their delivery separately.
Maintenance
The user should regularly clean or replace filters as instructed. The heat exchanger, condensate drainage, connections and general operation are checked periodically. Unusual noise, smell, dripping water or frequent errors are reasons to request diagnostics.
