Purpose of the website
Santechnika.name provides information about building services work, equipment and the option to submit an enquiry. The descriptions on the website are not an individual design, expert assessment or unconditional commitment to carry out work. Each property is assessed separately.
Catalogue and prices
Product information is intended for an initial comparison. Model specifications, stock availability, technical parameters and price may be clarified before a quotation is issued. Any price shown in the catalogue applies to the equipment described and does not automatically include installation, delivery, additional materials or commissioning unless expressly stated otherwise. Orders are accepted by enquiry; adding an item to the enquiry basket alone does not form a purchase contract.
Selection calculator
The calculator's result is indicative. It is based on the information entered by the user and simplified rules, so it does not replace a heat loss calculation, design, site inspection or the manufacturer's technical requirements. The final model and installation layout must be confirmed before equipment is ordered.
Submitting enquiries
Provide one valid contact method for a reply and briefly describe your question. Do not include personal data that are unnecessary for the enquiry or unlawful content. The general form does not accept new files. An acknowledgement only confirms that the enquiry was received; work dates, equipment and price are confirmed separately after agreement.
