For an enquiry, we ask only for the necessary contact information and a short question. The processing of technical data is also explained below.

What information we receive
In the general enquiry form, you choose a phone number or email address and provide a short question. This form does not ask for your first name, last name, town, exact address or files. If you selected products or used equipment selection, the models, quantities and technical context you selected are also sent. Do not include unnecessary personal data. The server also processes necessary technical data for security and abuse prevention.
The water supply questionnaire calculates its preliminary explanation in your browser. Answers are sent to the server only when you open the contact section yourself and click Send enquiry. The questionnaire does not collect the exact plot address, files or health data.
Why information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the property, prepare a quotation and discuss the work. If an agreement is subsequently made, some information may be processed to fulfil it and meet legal obligations. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics or externally hosted fonts on the website.
Enquiries and storage
The new general enquiry form does not accept files. Changing the form does not delete earlier enquiries or their attachments. We retain data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, perform an agreement and meet applicable legal obligations.
The submitted enquiry and its attachments are stored in private server storage accessible only to the signed-in website administrator. An email notification may also be sent. Private backups are intended for data recovery and are not publicly accessible.
Recipients and your rights
Contact us through the website contacts about privacy or your data. Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest; if we lawfully extend the deadline, we explain the reason and new deadline within the first month. Where possible, we answer electronic requests electronically unless you ask otherwise. We provide data securely and, when necessary, verify identity proportionately. You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. Data required by law cannot always be erased immediately.
