Equipment maintenance and servicing
Maintenance is arranged according to the equipment and the condition of the property.
Maintenance for the specific equipment
Maintenance scope depends on the model, age, operating conditions and reported problem of the heat pump, air conditioner, heating plant or ventilation system. In the first enquiry, briefly describe the problem and leave one contact method; include the model or error code if known. Photos and documents are not required in the form. If needed before an inspection or parts selection, we will arrange their delivery separately.
When to request an inspection
Request diagnostics if the equipment displays an error, fails to reach the set temperature, makes an unusual noise, frequently cycles on and off, leaks condensate or shows a noticeable change in energy consumption. Some causes may be simple, such as a dirty filter or an incorrect mode, but we do not recommend dismantling equipment based on remote advice.
What is checked
The manufacturer's instructions and the specific situation determine the inspection scope. Checks may include filters, heat exchangers, condensate drainage, system pressure, circulation, control settings, electrical connections and visible mechanical damage. Work on the refrigerant circuit is carried out only when necessary and permitted under the applicable requirements.
Warranties and responsibilities
We do not publish a single universal warranty period on the website. The equipment manufacturer's warranty, the seller's terms and the terms for completed work may differ. They are specified in the individual quotation, invoice, contract or documents supplied with the equipment. Keep your purchase and installation documents in case of a fault.
Describe your property – we will suggest a suitable solution
Briefly describe what you need and choose one contact method for a reply. If photos or other technical information are needed later, we will agree how to provide them when we get in touch.
