Frequently asked questions

Short answers about equipment selection and work.

In which towns do you work?

We accept enquiries from Kretinga, Klaipėda, Palanga, Telšiai, Šilutė, Skuodas, Mažeikiai, Tauragė and the surrounding areas of Samogitia. We confirm availability and timing after assessing the specific address and scope of work.

How can I find out the exact price?

Start with a brief description of the situation and one contact method for a reply. If an equipment model, plans, photos or a site visit are needed for a more precise proposal, we will discuss this when we contact you. Files are not required in the form at this stage. Final equipment, work scope and price are confirmed in an individual proposal.

Is the catalogue price final?

The catalogue shows an equipment price or asks you to enquire about it. Installation, additional materials, pipe run length, delivery and commissioning are assessed separately for each property unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation.

How is heat pump capacity selected?

We assess the building's floor area and height, thermal resistance, windows, heating system, hot water demand and local climate. The website calculator provides guidance only; the property details are needed for final selection.

Can an air-to-air unit provide heating in winter?

Many models are designed for both cooling and heating, but their capacity and efficiency depend on the outdoor temperature and the specific model. Selection takes account of the manufacturer's technical tables, the room layout and intended use.

What is the difference between a single-split and a multi-split system?

A single-split system connects one indoor unit to one outdoor unit. A multi-split allows several compatible indoor units to be connected to one outdoor unit. The right option depends on the number of rooms, pipe routes and control requirements.

Can I attach photos to my enquiry?

No. The minimal enquiry form does not accept new photos, plans or other files. One contact method and a short question are enough to start. If photos or documents are needed later for a technical assessment, we will agree how to provide only the necessary information without unnecessary personal data.

How is a shallow borehole installed?

The plot and ground conditions are assessed first. Compact drilling equipment is used, and the solution is built from water supply system components, not metal pipes driven into the ground. Suitability depends on local geology.

Is water from a shallow borehole immediately safe to drink?

Water clarity or taste does not prove its safety. If the water will be used for food preparation, laboratory testing is recommended after installation, and filtration is selected according to the results.

What should I do if a pipe bursts?

If it is safe to approach, turn off the main water supply, disconnect electrical appliances in the danger area and report the fault by phone during opening hours. If there is an immediate danger to people or property, contact the emergency services.

When is equipment maintenance carried out?

The interval depends on the equipment type, intensity of use and manufacturer's instructions. Before the season, it is worth checking filters, condensate drainage, pressure, control settings and visible system damage.

What warranties apply?

The specific equipment and work terms are provided in the quotation, contract or manufacturer's documents. We do not apply a single universal period on the website, as it may vary by product, specification and type of work.
