There is no single connection-height table suitable for every fixture. First, distinguish the usage height – for example, the top of a basin – from the height of water and drainage connections. These are different dimensions.
Geberit's general guidance gives 85–90 cm for the top of a basin and 41–42 cm for the top of WC ceramic without the seat. These are the manufacturer's ergonomic guidelines, not a mandatory Lithuanian standard established by this article. Individual user and accessibility needs are assessed separately. S22
| Item | What can be planned | How the connection is determined |
|---|---|---|
| Basin | The top is often planned at around 85–90 cm | Outlets according to basin, furniture and trap drawings |
| Wall-hung WC | Guideline for top of ceramic: 41–42 cm without the seat | Fixings and drainage according to frame and ceramic |
| Shower mixer | Convenient controls for the individual user | Centrelines and installation depth according to model |
| Bath mixer | Coordinated with bath rim and spout | Refined according to bath and mixer drawing |
| Bidet spray | Reachable when seated, convenient side and hose position | Holder, outlet and controls may be in different locations |
| Washing machine / dishwasher | Convenient shut-off and maintenance location | According to the specific appliance's hose and drainage requirements |
Relate all final heights on the plan to the finished floor level. Frame height is not the WC sitting height, and the top of a basin is not its trap outlet height.
